Knitting for Olive’s Soft Silk Mohair is the softest silk-mohair yarn in our yarn shop. We offer all 90+ colors of the yarn. The yarn is made with respect for animal welfare and is also socially responsible.
When knitted in a double-layered pattern, the yarn makes incredibly light sweaters, and together with a thin merino yarn, you get a warmer, slightly fluffy, and very durable knit.

Knitting for Olive’s Soft Silk Mohair is a thin, fluffy yarn made of 70% mohair and 30% silk. The yarn is suitable for knitting alone or twice, or combined with other yarns.
The yarn is suitable for fluffy sweaters, scarves and other knitwear, for example.
The mohair in the yarn comes from South African-raised Angora goats and the silk is ethically sourced. The yarn is also spun in South Africa.
